RASA LILA YOGA RETREATS TERMS & CONDITIONS

I confirm and agree that the following terms and conditions and undertakings apply to the Yoga and/or any activities and excursions to be provided to me by Rasa Lila Yoga Retreats (RLYR).

1. I have been examined by a licensed medical practitioner (“Practitioner”) within the past six months and have been found by such Practitioner able to perform Yoga and all types of movement including but not limited to breathwork, walking, swimming, Zen Thai Shiatsu, Remedial Massage (“Activities”), which I am to perform during my retreat immersion with Rasa Lila Yoga Retreats.

2. I will faithfully follow all instructions given to me by RLYR and its facilitators, contractors, and assistants as to when, where, and how to perform and not to perform the Activities.

3. I agree and acknowledge that participation in any of the Activities could constitute a risk of serious injury to myself, including permanent paralysis or death. I voluntarily and knowingly recognise, accept and assume this risk and warrant that I am physically fit and able to perform the Activities without risking serious injury, including permanent paralysis or death. I acknowledge that neither RLYR, its owners, teachers or employees and contractors or assistants be, nor be deemed to be responsible or liable (whether in contract or in tort or under any statute whatsoever), for any injury, illness or other mishaps I sustain arising from or out of, or in any way directly or indirectly connected with the Activities.

4. I understand and acknowledge that I am to receive instruction and facilitation in Activities and that RLYR, its owners, teachers or employees of RLYR are not liable for, nor expected to provide any advice, training or medical assistance other than in the direct instruction of Yoga.

5. I indemnify and will at all times hereafter well and sufficiently indemnify and keep fully indemnified RLYR, its owners, teachers, facilitators, representatives or employees of RLYR from and against all actions, suits, causes of action, proceedings, claims, costs and expenses whatsoever which may be taken or made against RLYR, its owners, teachers, representatives or employees of RLYR, incurred or become payable by RLYR, its owners, teachers or employees of RLYR in connection with or arising out of any such injury, illness or mishap to me on retreat with RLYR.

6. The $500 deposit and any other payments paid by me under this enrolment form and as per the conditions indicated by email and on the RLYR website to RLYR are not refundable. A deposit and/or payment may be transferred to a future retreat date within 12 months. For all transfers a $300 admin fee (or $100 admin fee for day passes) will incur (please note retreat costs may increase in this transferable time in which case you will be required to pay the difference). No transfers are available within the four week window of the booked retreat, you will forfeit your spot on retreat and all monies paid to date. You will be required to fulfil your contractual obligation is regards to the repayments until all monies have been received. Only one transfer is available per person.

7. RLYR at all times up to and including the first day of the retreat has as its sole and unfettered discretion the choice to terminate this contract on the basis that not enough people or customers have booked or arrived at the retreat. Whether or not enough people/customers have attended any retreat will be decided by RLYR in its sole, absolute and unfettered discretion. If RLYR terminates this contract for the reasons outlined above then RLYR will offer a credit (to be used within 12 months) to the Customer equal to the amount of money paid by the Customer for it to spend on any service provided by RLYR.
