10 Reasons to Retreat With Us

So maybe you’re a little on the fence… is a retreat really for me?

Here are 10 good reasons to treat yourself to something truly spectacular!

  1. You deserve a break! It’s been an intense couple of years for all. Rasa Lila is a space where you can completely indulge, no need to make any decisions other than “what kind of massage do I want?”.

  2. Learn about yoga & tantric philosophy with world renowned yoga teacher, Rose Baudin. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity. Whether you are familiar with yogic philosophy or not, Rosie will be sure to inspire you deeply.

  3. Detox. No alcohol, no refined sugar, maybe even switch off your phone. The weekend will be a gently cleanse, an amazing way to hit the ‘reset’ button.

  4. Reinvigorate or begin your yoga practice. Maybe you’ve fallen out of your routine, or have been looking for an excuse to begin practicing yoga. Whatever love you’re at, 2 x daily yoga practices will have you feeling amazing and connected to your body.

  5. Make new connections with likeminded people. Our retreat continues long after the weekend finishes through the relationships we establish. This is one of my favourite, and the most invaluable aspect of joining a retreat.

  6. Be fed. Our chefs will spoil you with the most decadent, local, organic meals. Time to sit back, receive and nourish.

  7. Reconnect to nature. Switch off your phone and take in the stunning hinterland views. We have 5 acres of lush land to explore, and a whole herd of alpacas to befriend. Your nervous system will thank you for it.

  8. Create new habits. Living according to Ayurvedic principles for the weekend will give you the opportunity to move forth into the outer world with some newly found habits.

  9. Space to reflect and set new goals. Our retreat booklet comes full of journal prompts and invaluable information drawing on the wisdom of yoga, tantra, and Ayurveda.

  10. Try something new. Maybe you’ve been curious about ice baths, sound healing, or cacao ceremonies. Rasa Lila is a place where you get to experience it all!
